For the guitar collect that has it all. However, a couple are not the right model guitar but my brother still liked them.
Did not work from day 1.I mean did not cool or freeze therefore did not work.Also, super annoying alarm beeps when fridge is open for more than roughly 20 seconds.Samsung support kinda stinks at rectifying the situation too.Lost about $150 dollars in food.Probably why its only 900 bucks.
Stuck to the fridge door, this handy little memo center keeps paper and pencil (forget the pencil that comes with it and put a mechanical pencil there instead) within arm's reach; very useful for grocery lists that are a work in progress. The bottom part holds key chains, which makes it a lot harder to lose them...
Ok, I was very skeptical of this, having been let down by similar products over the years-including some of those that pump air into the bottles (IMHO a non-effective and tedious method, particularly when you have to pump half a liter of air into the thing each time ya open it). But I've gotten so tired of having those 2 liters go flat halfway down the bottle, I figured I would try one more gizmo, even though I gave it a 20% chance of working.However, I have had it for a few weeks, and am now on my 6th 2 liter bottle, and I am STILL thrilled to see that the drinks are staying properly carbonated to the last drop. What were the odds?This thing works so incredibly well, I'm surprised you hear so little about it. And this particular one fits nicely in the fridge, unlike the other one that makes the 2 liter bottle stand so tall, it wont fit in many fridges compartments very easily.

I purchased this item as a 2nd refrigerator for the basement in Jan 2010.At the end of Feb 2010 I opened it to find both the frig and freezer were hot and all my food was ruined.Frigidaire refused to replace it with a new unit even thought it failed in less than 2 months!They did pay to have a repairman come and replace the compressor.It cools now, however, the compressor blows the most horrendous-smelling air that I haven't been able to put any food in it.I have gone through 12 boxes of baking soda hoping the smell would fade over time, but it's now 6 months after my purchase and I haven't been able to use it yet.Frigidaire's only response...we'll send another repairman!I've never experienced such poor performance of a major appliance or such total disregard for customer satisfaction.Don't buy this product, or any other item, made by Frigidaire.
I purchased this fridge from another retailer in Aug 2007. I loved it and was so pleased with it until the ice maker kept breaking, and then it leaked, and then we realized the freezer wasn't keeping the desired temperature- freezing. I tried the manufacturers suggestions but it didn't seem to help. After a couple months of denial and a 20 degree freezer (it's supposed to be 0), I called an authorized service technician who took the freezer apart and told me that i had a "sealed system leak". Probably the worst repair possible because even though the major parts are still under warranty the labor to repair my 2 year old, highly rated, Consumer Reports recommended, expensive but beautiful would cost $700 to repair. And considering the comments I've seen on other websites, the repair probably won't last. Do yourself a favor and pick something else because LG won't stand behind their products and a class action suit may be in the offing.
We purchased a new home several months ago and upgraded to a Whirlpool stainless steel appliance package and this Refrigerator came in the set. I love the stainless steel and I think it really adds a lot to the appearance of our home. Not to mention that it's a lot easier to clean but you do have to clean it more often because every little fingerprint shows. You can clean it with any type of cleaner that's non-abrasive but stainless steel cleaner really works the best in my opinion. I think the size of it is about average. For our family of four it wasn't enough freezer space and we ended up getting a large chest freezer for extra space. There is plenty enough room in the refrigerator. I like that it has a built in PUR water filter that is built in to the grill of the unit and it is so very simple to change. It also has a meter inside the door that tells you when to change the filter. It will light up yellow to warn you that the filter will need changed soon and then it will turn red when it's time to replace the filter. The filter seems to last a pretty long time because ours is still green and we have been using it for over 5 months. One other thing you might want to know, the front is stainless steel but the sides are black.
I ordered this model because it was the one listed in the Owner's Manual.lt turns out you can use the newer model (IM6, I believe) but it may or may not have some design/manufacturing flaws depending on what you read.Either way the unit works great and was easy to install.All of the parts I needed were included (even a few that I didn't need because they came with our refrigerator).
PLEASE do not buy a Maytag refrigerator.Ours lasted 13 months, just enough for the warranty to expire.Including all the lost food, it cost us around $187 a month to have this fridge!WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF!Turns out Maytag bought out Amana, and evidently is continuing to make the trash they produced.Do your homework, and do not just "by American" because you want to help our economy.It would have helped our (2 seniors) economy not to have to buy a 2nd refigerator so soon after buy what we thought was a good one.Oh, when yours does fail, be sure when they come to deliver the new one and haul your Maytag away that you damage it, so it will not end up making the store more money when they "refurbish" it and sell it again - the lastest trick of which they think we are not aware.My mom had 2 refrigerators: they last decades, not months!
I bought 2 - one for the fridge and another for the freezer.They are very versatile and hang several ways.I hang them by their built-in magnet.They work great!
We bought an LG French Door refrigerator a couple of years ago, because of the benefits of the design, and the fact that the LG, unlike many bottom-freezer models, has solid, rather than wire baskets, so it holds cold air better.
This refrigerator started having problems from the very first day.There was too much water condensation in the area around the ice maker.In certain areas outside of the icemaker, there was ice build-up. The seal between the icemaker and the ice holder was not working properly. There was a lot of water condensation between the two doors in the area around the seals.The service people who came to look at this said these problems were not normal.They said two major parts have to replaced.I have decided to replace this with a brand new model instead on having the one we bought serviced.I hope the new one works okay.If not, I am going to cancel the order and buy another refrigerator. It is a very expensive model (more than $ 2,500) and should have these problems like this.
I searched amazon for General Electric DEFROST HEATER AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY FOR GE REFRIGERATORS and found the item on the website. I compared defective item I ahve with that of amazon and picture/description matches.
The EdgeStar has much to boast of: it is lightweight, easy to carry and move, roomy, attractive, and versatile as both a refrigerator and (marginally) as a freezer. Setup is simple, and the price is excellent. Strongly tainting this appliance however, is a thermostat dial which is either incompetently designed, incompetently calibrated, or both
I bought a 6 pack of these Frigidaire water filters so I would have enough to last 2-3 years.
I keep this refrigerator in my back hall.It's purpose was to hold a few bottles of water so I wouldn't have to go into the kitchen with shoes that were dirty from doing yardwork.What a waste of money!The water is barely cooler than room temperature.
Avoid Frigidaire refrigerators.Mine just broker after 5 years and 5 months.The condenser went out, a $500 repair.Forced now to purchase a new one.The service technician noted that he has seen this problem with many Frigidaire refrigerators that he has serviced.
Their reputation is holding...actually getting worse in my opinion...
Got one of these a few years back as we had a couple of experiences with the basement refrigerator door left ajar and later failure (no alarm feature).Have been very happy with it, except that the alarm is not very loud.Seems to be a common comment on other alarm thermometers.
Amazon is great. Purchase products all the time from them. However my wife and I purchased a brand new KitchenAid refrigerator from Western Appliance in August 2008. From the moment we got it, we've had problems. First the inside light malfunctioned, then the digital readout. The repairman has been here 4 times to try to repair it and now that all the parts have been replaced still has no idea what's wrong with it. The ice machine quit working on the third service call, and we have no ice.
As stated, this fridge may reach 37 degrees IF the ambient room temp is 70 degrees.I, however, bought it to keep a few beers cold out in my garage which is not air conditioned.It did great in the winter but now it fails to keep anything "colder" than lukewarm.....I plan to pack it up and take it to the office to see how it does there......
After sticking a couple of dirty cups into the dishwasher -- which, unbeknown to me, contained clean dishes from a cleaning cycle initiated by my wife the night before -- I had to find a "dishwasher alert" indicator. I thought this would be as easy as going down to my local hardware store and picking one up.
I've had this unit for about 3 weeks and it's running quite well. It arrived quickly and undamaged. Packing could have been better but since it arrived OK, no problem. It fits 18 normal wine bottles (750ml). It's quite quiet (certainly less noisy than the Cusinart I had). Temperature is adjustable and accurate. Obviously it allows for one temperature, so if you like your white wines chilled you'll probably have to move it to the fridge and hour before you open the bottle.
We bought the Koolatron Kooler a year ago and find it very useful to keep food and drinks cool while traveling.
Silent and efficient. Just dont expect it to get as cold as a normal fridge. If your place is hot, the unit may only get down to 50degrees.
I use this as a beer fridge and camping cooler. It draws only 4 amps at 12 volts, and that's at max freeze. I've had it running continuously for two years no problems, just clean the filter once a month. This cooler uses a Stirling Free Piston compressor that has no friction. Well worth the money over the thermo-couple type you find at WalMart. Do the research.
After recently having a refrigerator/freezer go out on us, my wife and I wanted a reliable way to monitor the new refrigerator and freezer temperatures, without needing to open the doors of the device to check an internal thermometer.We also wanted a device that would sound an alarm if temperatures exceed those that are safe for perishable food items.The first product we tried (which was highly recommended to us) was a Chaney Instrument 00985 Wireless Refrigerator Freezer Thermometer.Our experience with that device was nothing short of horrible, so we decided that we would have to resort to a thermometer with wired probes.After looking all over the Internet for a thermometer that seemed reliable, we decided to give the Orka A75014 Refrigerator and Freezer Thermometer (designed by Mastrad, in France, but made in China) a try.
Love the quality, size, lighting (way cool), very convenient shelving, freezer door works well, quality unit overall. Hate the ice maker, nearly gave this frig 3 stars but you might not mind as much as we do how on the cube selection, 30-40% of the time we get a whole bunch of crushed ice in the glass with it.
I bought the Avanti because it was one of the cheapest wine fridges on the market at the time (in 2007) for the number of bottles held.I've come to somewhat regret that choice.Before I start with the problems, I will say it is an attractive cellar.The glass door, the lights at the top, and the shelves look nice.The brown-painted metal walls are similar to regular household refrigerators.The engine/fan noise is definitely present, but it is quiet enough that I keep mine in a formal dining room without a problem over dinner.
I didn't need any more Le Creuset pieces, but really wanted something in the new cassis color. While I love the color, I was disappointed with the magnet. The title states "Le Creuset Round French Oven Magnets" and the picture shows two magnets. But the description states "magnets sold individually." Plus it's just cheap plastic. Oh well, I'll keep it as a reminder to read more carefully next time.
They come in a full set of 51 states..They are pretty.I already have them organized on my freezer, totally like US map shape.
I replaced my 14 year old dead quiet white Maytag with a stainless steel Bosch.It has a nice, sleek look, but problems and more problems.The first Bosch refrigerator was different from the showroom model in Lowes (stay away!).The showroom model did NOT have two large vent holes on the top surface of the unit, and the refrigerator I received did--covered with stainless steel tape. I was told by the deliveryperson to keep on---a real pretty site, right? That was the first thing.Second is the constant-- I repeat, constant--and penetrating alarm sound/shrill beep that goes on 15-20 seconds (not one minute) after the door is open, and there is NO way to permanently shut it off.It can drive you CRAZY.Next is when you get water from the dispenser. No matter how careful you are, it leaks and drips onto the surface of the door, then drips AFTER you take away the drinking glass. In addition, the freezer shelves fill with frost VERY quickly.However, I noticed a crack in the interior of this unit, so back it went to Lowe's, and I received the same model as a replacement. Why I just didn't select another/different brand, well, I was naive.I have a space problem and need a counter depth refrigerator.
This is a great size and runs quiet.It keeps the wine at perfect temperature.The inside light is not very bright and makes it hard to read the wine bottles so I have to turn on another light.
I have had a GE Profile bottom freezer refrigerator for just over a year.I was limited by the space available, but we were able to make adjustments.We purchased a model similar to the one shown, but without the ice maker as I was wary, given the reviews I've read about problems with those.If I had it to do over again, I would try to find an alternative to GE.Initially, things seemed to be working reasonably well. Then, within a few weeks, cracks appeared in the plastic surround of the bottom glass shelf that holds the crisper drawers.After playing telephone tag for another few weeks, we were sent a replacement part.Unfortunately, it was the wrong part.A further round of calls and missteps finally produced the right replacement.Shortly after that, one of the crisper drawers began freezing the produce.I made sure the vents were not obstructed and experimented with different settings of both the refrigerator and freezer.Nothing I tried solved the problem.I called the company where it was purchased and they gave me the name and number of the Authorized Service Dealer.A call to them proved futile.They wouldn't make a service call since they hadn't sold the item.After a long back and forth with the company and the dealer (a large national retailer), we were finally able to get someone to come take a look.And, that's what the service person did.He came.He looked.He shrugged, said I had done everything he would have suggested.He left.The problem persists.The crisper drawer is useless for storing produce, but is a handy place to temporarily hold meat before wrapping to go into the freezer.It's also not bad for quickly chilling white wine.Fortunately, I have an Amana refrigerator that I've had running for over 30 years that keeps my produce in perfect condition.It's in the basement, so we get added exercise running up and down stairs when preparing meals.I have heard that GE was no longer the reliable company it used to be, but this is pathetic.I will be extra vigilant in future to avoid their products.I may even stop watching NBC - not that I do that much now.BUYER BEWARE!!
I've had an IonCare Refrigerator Air Purifier and it really does live up to its claims of keeping produce fresher longer.I've had one for several years and its extended the life of many, many berries.I used to be able to keep raspberries for 2-3 days.Now, raspberries are the same as the day I bought them at least 1 week later.Sometimes I've had them longer when I've bought large quantities on sale.Every other vegetable and fruit has had an extended life.I love this little thing!I am buying a few more for Christmas gifts for my gadget loving friends.
